Services and Bookings
Our website allows you to book and purchase candle-making workshops, gift cards, and related products. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify class offerings, pricing, and schedules at any time. By completing a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.
Payment And Pricing
Payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. We work to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel or modify your booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined in detail on our Refund Policy page. In general, cancellations made within the permitted time frame will be eligible for a refund or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through our website or in-person are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be used to book workshops or purchase eligible products at Vela Studio NYC. Gift cards must be used within the stated validity period, if applicable.
Studio Policies And Safety
All participants are expected to follow studio rules and safety instructions during workshops. We reserve the right to deny participation or remove anyone who poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience. While we provide a safe environment and take reasonable precautions, participation in workshops is at your own risk.
