Looking for a creative, hands-on activity for your team or group? Our on-site candle-making workshops in NYC offer a convenient, creative group activity that’s relaxing, interactive, and surprisingly informative. Plus, each guest leaves with a candle they made themselves!
We can accommodate groups from 20 to 200+ guests and offer different workshop formats for different types of events - from fully guided seated workshops to more flexible candle bars. Our team will transform your space into a fully immersive candle-making studio, creating a memorable and engaging experience tailored to your group. Each guest will choose from a seasonally curated selection of fragrances and make a candle to take home. Custom labels and other personalized details are also available.
Our mobile candle-making workshops are ideal for corporate team-building events, employee wellness activities, office celebrations, holiday parties, client events, brand activations, community events, and private group gatherings.

The Experience
The experience begins with an introduction to candle basics, including wax types, fragrance blending, and what makes a high-quality candle.
Guests are then guided as they pour their own 8 oz candle.
We provide all materials and tools, along with trays and table coverings to keep your space clean and protected.
Duration
The guided workshop lasts approximately 1 hour, followed by 45–60 minutes of curing time. This curing period is perfect for mingling, enjoying refreshments, or continuing your event programming.
Each candle is individually bagged, and guests are welcome to pick them up at their convenience.
Event Requirements
To ensure a seamless setup, we require access to the event space one hour before the event start time.
We will also need a table with access to a nearby outlet (for our equipment), as well as enough table space and seating for each participant
