General Policy

At Vela Studio NYC, we want every guest to have a positive and flexible experience. We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer refunds for workshop bookings canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Cancellations Within 48h

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are not eligible for a refund. At this stage, your spot in the class has been reserved exclusively for you, and we’re unable to fill it on short notice. If you’re unable to attend, you may contact us to explore the possibility of rescheduling, though availability is not guaranteed.

No-Shows

Guests who do not attend their scheduled workshop without prior notice will not receive a refund or credit. We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute no-shows prevent other guests from joining.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your workshop, we encourage you to do so as early as possible. Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more in advance may be accommodated based on availability. Reschedules within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.

Gift Cards And Special Events

Gift cards are non-refundable but may be used to book a future class. Special events, private bookings, or custom experiences may be subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future bookings made after the effective date of the change.
